Element Plus時尚家具公司上海展廳兼辦公室原來是一個零售店的二層，為了保證展示廳的層高要求，入口被賦予特別的考慮。辦公設計團隊模糊了前臺的概念，將原本屬于前臺的區域向展廳空間開放和劃分，打破了邊界，一改傳統前臺的設計，為了優化人流動線，抵消辦公空間和展示空間的直接相連，設計師設計了一些緩沖區域穿插在整個空間中，Co-working和藝術品區這些空間不但緩沖了空間的關系，也增加了空間的層次感。

走入大廳，一側是展廳，另一側則布滿綠植，使得展示空間富有勃勃生機。前臺聯合辦公起到展示和辦公共存的緩沖作用，后場則為正式辦公區域。

為了更加的和諧統一，辦公室裝修設計公司弱化了展廳的一部分展示功能，以適應辦公空間的需求和標準，通過了大量的吸音材料和復雜的聲學處理來降低展廳區域的噪聲和本身高樓層帶來的回響，又充分利用展廳的優勢，如水景、垂直植物及藝術品來豐富辦公環境，雖然展廳+辦公的空間形式增加了如何實現WELL的復雜性，卻在最終呈現的空間使用感受上又達到了一個不一樣的體驗。
