打造住辦合一的機能格局，如何讓公、私領域有明確的界定，又須同時滿足兩種作息模式的機能需求，著實考驗著設計師的設計功力。因此，辦公設計師以L型的動線規劃連結辦公區、會議區等工作場域，私領域則透過紅磚墻面巧妙隱藏在L型動線的缺口處，創造出合理流暢的場域動線。
