在幼兒園裝修設計中，設計師根據園內的課程需求，如英語課、集體課等形式，將空間以不同尺度和形狀進行組織，而并未將幼兒園的功能性空間設置在固定的室內房間，以至于所有空間都很明亮。設計師用靈活的家具擺設代替了固定的室內隔墻，使空間增加了更多的可能性。

設計師將滑動凹槽圍繞建筑四周而設，置入槽中的活動門窗使得幼兒園可以在封閉空間和半室外空間兩種模式下自由轉換，陰雨天氣，雨水從中央天井灑入幼兒園中庭，孩子們可以自由的踩水玩樂。冬季里，中庭地面的冰凍裝置為孩子們營造了一個小型溜冰場。雪花從露天屋頂中穿越進來，孩子們在冰上自由玩耍。而且設計師在在滑槽中嵌入遮陽板或窗簾，建筑內部空間便可以享受遮陽和避雨的舒適環境。
